Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use QueryAction. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
QueryAction helps you understand your Sites and decide what to do next. It collects data from the sources you connect, runs the analyses you request, and records recommended Work and its results. The service changes over time; what is available to you at any moment is what the product and your account show.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the apps and agents you authorize to act for you. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us about any use you did not authorize.
Your Sites and data
Only add Sites and connect data sources that you own or are authorized to use. You keep all rights to your data. You allow QueryAction to process it only as needed to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Plans, trials and billing
Plans, prices, trials, included usage and limits are shown before you buy and in your account. Paid plans renew automatically for each billing period until you cancel. Taxes may apply and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may also send receipts and handle payment support. We may change plans and prices for future billing periods; we tell you before a change affects a subscription you already have.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or from the payment provider’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. These terms do not limit rights you have under the law that applies to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use QueryAction to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or access data you are not allowed to access.
- Do not attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or try to bypass its limits or security.
- Usage is subject to fair-use and safety limits that protect the service and other customers.
Recommendations and outcomes
QueryAction’s analyses and recommendations can be produced with AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you act. You decide what to implement, and you are responsible for the changes you make to your Sites. QueryAction does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue or any other outcome.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services we do not control, such as the data sources you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if your use creates a risk for the service or for others, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we give notice before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
