Founder subscription
QueryAction Founder is paid early access for one active Site. It costs US$39 per month, paid upfront, and renews automatically each month until canceled. There is no free trial. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Polar at checkout.
Cancellation and billing
You may schedule cancellation through the Polar Customer Portal. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Polar provides receipts, invoices, payment-method updates, and normal subscription communication.
7-day Action Guarantee
If QueryAction does not produce at least one evidence-backed Action you believe is worth shipping for your Site, you may request a full refund of your first Founder payment within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge. No sales call, proof, screenshot, or result evidence is required. The guarantee applies once per person, organization, payment identity, and primary domain. Renewals, later subscriptions, duplicate redemptions, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and already-disputed payments are not covered.

No growth outcome guarantee
The Action Guarantee covers the usefulness of the product decision. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or causality.
Execution boundary
QueryAction provides Evidence, the Action contract, implementation context, MCP handoff, Validation, and Measurement. You, your team, or a compatible user-owned agent performs implementation. The subscription does not include unlimited QueryAction-hosted coding, autonomous deployment, CMS publishing, or repair of third-party systems.
Fair use and safety
Founder has no per-message pricing. Normal usage remains subject to fair-use, security, provider, crawl, model, browser, workflow, and operational safety limits. Paid access never disables those boundaries.
Data after cancellation
Cancellation removes paid product access but does not automatically delete your Site history. We may retain product records so access can be restored on resubscription and as required for security, billing, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
