What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies only to the first successful charge for a Founder subscription. If QueryAction does not produce at least one evidence-backed Action you believe is worth shipping for your Site, you may request a full refund of that first payment within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge.
Eligibility
- The request must be received within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge.
- The guarantee covers the first Founder payment only.
- It may be used once per person, organization, payment identity, or primary domain.
No proof or call required
You do not need to provide proof, join a sales call, complete a questionnaire, provide a screenshot, submit result evidence, or explain why the Action was not worth shipping.
Exclusions
Renewals, later subscriptions, duplicate redemptions, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and payments that have already been disputed are not covered.
Refund and access
An approved request receives a full refund of the first Founder payment. The related subscription and paid access end immediately. A refund does not leave the subscription active until the end of the billing period.
No growth outcome promise
The Action Guarantee covers the usefulness of the product decision. It does not promise rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, or causality.
How to request a refund
Email hi@queryaction.com from the email address associated with your QueryAction account within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge. Include the Site covered by the subscription so we can locate the correct payment. No proof or call is required.
