Refund Policy
You can ask for a full refund of a new subscription within 3 days, as long as you have not used it.
When you can get a refund
- You ask within 3 calendar days after the first payment of a new subscription.
- You have not used any of the usage included in your plan since that payment, such as analyses, checks or research.
- The refund covers that first payment only. Renewals and later payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- One refund per person, organization, payment method or primary domain.
What happens after a refund
The full amount of that payment, including taxes, goes back to the original payment method. When we issue the refund, we also cancel the subscription, so paid access ends then instead of at the end of the billing period. Your Sites and history stay in your account.
How long it takes
After we approve a request, the time to see the money depends on your bank or card issuer. A refund usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. A refund made soon after the charge can appear as a reversal instead: the original charge disappears from your statement and no separate credit is shown.
How to ask
Email hi@queryaction.com from the email address of your QueryAction account. Include the Site and the date of the payment. Your payment receipt also shows how to reach the payment provider’s support for questions about the payment itself.
Not covered
Requests after 3 calendar days, payments after which included usage was used, renewals, duplicate or abusive requests, fraud, and payments already disputed with a bank or card issuer.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you. Our payment provider may also issue refunds under its own terms.
Earlier offers
Purchases made under an earlier offer keep the terms promised when they were made. The 7-day Action Guarantee continues to apply to the first payment of a subscription bought under that offer: if QueryAction did not produce at least one evidence-backed Action you believe is worth shipping for your Site, you may request a full refund of that first payment within 7 calendar days of the first successful charge. No proof or call required.
